Product Description

Product Description
DHFR B1 is a Halogen-free flame retardant compound optimized for mineral core layer of Aluminum Composite Panel(ACP). It is a pellet-type compound material that satisfies. Fire prevention. European classification of building products.B1* (DIN 4102) & B1-s1 d0 (EN13501) for Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP).
* B1 = Semi-Combustibility (Difficult to ignite) s1 = no/hardly any smoke production d0 = no drips/droplets

DHFR B1 exhibits excellent flame retardant performance due to balanced combination of Mg(OH)content (70Wt%) and polyolefin resin. It provides excellent flame retardancy supported with processability and mechanical properties required for ACP.

DHFR B1 is possible to easily produce B1 grade ACP by all types of production facilities (Kneader, Single &Twin Extruder).
